1. Subject

This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products ordered by the buyer through highdut.com.

2. Order

Orders are processed after the payment transaction is successfully completed.

The Seller reserves the right to cancel orders deemed necessary for security reasons.

3. Pricing

Product prices are those shown on the website at the time of order.

Taxes and shipping fees are displayed separately on the payment screen.

4. Delivery

Orders are prepared within an average of 3-4 business days.

Prepared orders are delivered to the shipping company.

Delivery time may take an average of 1-2 business days, depending on your region.

Public holidays and force majeure events may affect the delivery time.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The buyer may exercise their right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product.

The product to be returned must be;

• unused.
• shipped in its original box.
• in a resalable condition.

6. Return Shipping Fee

The shipping fee for returns is borne by the buyer.

7. Refund

If the return conditions are met, the refund will be processed via the payment method used within the specified period after the product inspection is completed.

8. Force Majeure

Natural disasters, war, epidemics, decisions by official authorities, delays caused by internet infrastructure or shipping companies are considered force majeure events.

9. Disputes

The applicable law and competent authorities for the resolution of disputes shall be determined according to the relevant country and consumer legislation.
